RUDE HAUS
DESIGN STUDIO & OBJECT GALLERY
Rude Haus is an interiors studio and contemporary object gallery rooted in the belief that the spaces we inhabit—and the objects within them—shape the way we live. We offer full-service interior design, custom sourcing, and bi-annual exhibitions showcasing new and emerging object and furniture designers.
THE STUDIO
o1
Our interiors studio works on full-service residential and small hospitality projects , alongside select a la carte styling and smaller-scale interiors projects. We approach each project as a conversation—between people, materials, and place. Through design and curated sourcing, we build environments that reflect individual histories, daily rituals, and evolving needs.
Our combined background in interior architecture, lighting design, woodworking, art and marketing results in spaces that feel collected, unexpected, and deeply considered. Learn more about our process and understand what makes our projects come together here.

THE GALLERY
The gallery was established with the intention of making well-designed furniture, textiles, lighting, and objects easier to find. We believe that objects shape the way we experience life, and we work with artists and makers who share a commitment to quality, craft, and aesthetic clarity. Rude Haus is the place to come for thoughtfully-made, unique items to add to your collection.
Our exhibitions bring together emerging and established designers, presented in in-situ environments. Each show explores new themes and creates its own environment—one that allows for unexpected juxtapositions and a rhythm that a traditional store cannot offer.

This fall, we're playing. Playing with the ways in which sustainability relates to our work as designers and our responsibility to create spaces towards a more sustainable future. We are approaching design through a lens of reuse that allows us to be more playful in our designed solutions. We are exploring methods in which designers and makers can reuse items and materials to reshape spaces without creating waste, and pushing ourselves to think adaptively about the functionality of existing structures and objects. We find that this type of exploration forces us, as designers and artists, to be creative and play with the spaces that we inhabit.
For this exhibition, we are inhabiting one of our residential projects, which is undergoing some architectural and interior changes over the summer. We can’t wait to show you what we’re working on.
